With your benefit package, you secure extended availability, a shorter response time of a maximum of 6 hours, and our accustomed CampConcept service even outside of standard service hours.
You can conveniently book our Premium+ Support. We charge EUR 100 net per month for the first registered contact person; each additional contact person is charged an additional EUR 10 net per month. The term of the Premium+ Support is at least one year. The costs for the Premium+ Support do not replace the working hours of our employees.
